Diving in the cold water is such an amazing feeling. Not only does my body feel so ALIVE & VIBRANT🔥 it feels like a cleanse. A deep reset and restoring of my aura into its highest vibration 💓
To me, it’s a sacred ritual 🙏🏼
I choose to wake up every morning at dawn, move my body in front of the lake, meditate, drink my daily cacao ❤️☕🍫 and plunge into bliss ❄️
